You are using our services as a potential candidate for employment with one of the organisations that we work with who are seeking employees.

A primary service provided by TalentIQ is the hosting of recruitment events where candidates and employers meet in a physical environment. This service allows candidates and employers to communicate with each other and, in some cases, for employers to view the details supplied by candidates.

We will use the information you provide, including information entered into your event profile, to assess suitability for potential opportunities, to advise you of relevant roles and to facilitate attendance at TalentIQ events.

Use of Our Website

Your use of our website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read both carefully.

Event Registration

TalentIQ provides recruitment related information on an information only basis. Job opportunities are posted by employers or their representatives, and full and accurate job details are provided on the employer’s own website.

TalentIQ does not accept job applications on behalf of employers. Where you wish to apply for a role, you will be redirected to the employer’s website. TalentIQ is not responsible for the application process or for confirming receipt of applications.

As an advertising and networking platform, TalentIQ accepts no responsibility for the content of job advertisements or for any aspect of the recruitment process carried out by employers.

Our Recruitment Events

TalentIQ events are designed to connect candidates with employers, provide information on available roles and support networking during and after events. Events are intended for individuals eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Where appropriate, employers may view candidate profiles or CVs during or after events. Attendance at TalentIQ events is provided on a networking and information basis only, and TalentIQ accepts no liability for outcomes arising from applications, interviews or recruitment decisions.

How a Contract Is Formed

A contract between you and TalentIQ is formed when you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions during event registration.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate. TalentIQ is not liable for errors made during registration.
